If you would like to order a carpet customised with your portrait, get in touch with us and provide the photo you want to use. Additionally, don't forget to specify the desired size of the carpet. Our sizes include 65x85, 80x100, 100x150 centimetres.

We conduct a thorough quality assurance check on every custom portrait rug before shipping. This includes inspecting materials, craftsmanship, and overall accuracy to ensure it meets our high standards. We document the process with a detailed report and photos. Each rug is then securely packaged in an airtight, waterproof wrap and shipped via a fully insured, trusted courier. If any damage occurs during delivery, we will hold the courier responsible and do our best to recover the costs on your behalf.
